<p>Ballaststoffe sind Nahrungsbestandteile, die weitgehend unverdaulich sind. Meist sind es Kohlenhydrate, die in pflanzlichen Lebensmitteln vorkommen.<br />
Tierische Nahrungsmittel enthalten keine Ballaststoffe.<br />
Die Ballaststoffe saugen sich im Magen mit Wasser voll und sorgen somit für eine längere Sättigung.<br />
Sie liefern dem Körper keine Energie, enthalten somit auch keine Kalorien.</p>

<p><strong>Vorteile von Ballaststoffen</strong></p>

<li>Ballaststoffe bleiben länger im Magen als andere Lebensmittel und bewirken so eine größere   Sättigung.</li>
<li>Es kommt zu einer Beschleunigung der Darmpassage und bei der Reise durch unseren Darm binden sie schädliche Substanzen und potenzielle Gifte, die mit der Nahrung in den Darm gelangt sind.</li>
<li>Die Blutfettwerte werden verbessert, da die Gallensäuren im Darm gebunden und abtransportiert werden.</li>
<li>Sie tragen dazu bei, dass sich die Fett- und Blutzuckerkonzentration im Blut nicht zu sehr erhöht.</li>
<li>Dank vieler positiver Darmbakterien sind sie mitverantwortlich für eine gesunde Darmflora.</li>

<p>Laut der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ernährung sollten wir täglich 30-40 Gramm Ballaststoffe zu uns nehmen.<br />
Wichtig ist, dass man ausreichend trinkt, damit die Ballaststoffe im Magen und Darm quellen können. Deswegen solltest Du mindestens 2-3 Liter am Tag trinken.</p>

<p><strong>Warum sollten wir uns an diese Richtwerte halten?</strong></p>
<p>Ein Körperfettanteil von niedrig bis normal minimiert z.B. das Risiko einen Schlaganfall zu erleiden oder an Diabetes zu erkranken.</p>
<p>Allerdings ist es wichtig, dass Dein Körperfettanteil nicht unter 12% liegt. Denn das ist der Mindestwert, den der weibliche Körper benötigt um einwandfrei zu funktionieren.</p>

<p><strong>Wie messe ich meinen Körperfettanteil?</strong></p>
<p>Die einfachste und gängigste Methode ist sicherlich die Messung mit einer Körperfettwaage. Hier gibt es Unmengen an unterschiedlichen Varianten mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten. Beim Kauf einer Analysewaage empfehle ich Dir auf jeden Fall Testberichte im Internet durchzuschauen (z.B. Chip.de), denn viele dieser Waagen sind ziemlich unzuverlässig.</p>
<p>Eine andere Methode ist die biolektrische Impedanzanalyse (BIA), die Du bei vielen Ärzten (Allgemeinmedizinern, Frauenärzten, Sportärzten, &#8230;) für ca. 25€ machen kannst. Ich werde diese Untersuchung bald mal machen und dann hierzu noch einen seperaten Eintrag schreiben.</p>

<p><strong>Wofür brauche ich überhaupt das Körperfett?</strong></p>
<p>Wie ich oben schon erwähnt hatte, darf Dein Körperfettanteil auch nicht zu gering sein, denn das Fett hat natürlich auch wichtige Funktionen in Deinem Körper. Es beugt z.B. Verletzungen vor, indem es die empfindlichen Organe mit einem &#8220;Polster&#8221; umhüllt und es schützt vor Kälte, indem es wie eine Isolierschicht die Muskulatur und die inneren Organe umgibt.</p>

<p><strong>Aber was mache ich wenn mein Körperfettanteil zu hoch ist?</strong></p>

Den Knollensellerie, die Karotte und die Zwiebel grob hacken. 
Anschließend zusammen mit den Cashewkernen, dem Senf,  der Edelhefe sowie einem halben TL Salz und Pfeffer in einem Mixer oder mit einem "Zauberstab" zu einer homogenen Masse verarbeiten.<br /></li><li>Weiter geht es mit der Tomatensoße.
Tomaten und Knoblauchzehe fein hacken und zusammen mit dem Olivenöl, etwas Salz und Pfeffer, dem Chilipulver und dem Cayennepfeffer mixen (wie oben).<br /></li><li>Frische Kräuter hacken und unter die Tomatensoße rühren.<br /></li><li>Die Zucchini längs in dünne Scheiben hobeln, die
Süßkartoffeln in feine Stücke raspeln und die Paprika fein würfeln.<br /></li><li>Jetzt wird die Lasagne geschichtet.
Dazu legst Du Deine Auflaufform mit einer Schicht Zucchinischeiben aus. 
Darauf verteilst Du etwas "Käsesoße". Anschließend kommt eine Schicht Süßkartoffeln und Paprika (jeweils ca. die Hälfte). Darüber kommt die Tomatensoße.
Das Ganze wiederholst Du genau in dieser Reihenfolge nochmal.
Abschließend eine Schicht Zucchinischeiben mit der restlichen "Käsesoße" darüber.<br /></li><li>Um das Gute des Gemüse zu erhalten wird die Lasagne schonend gebacken. D.h. Ihr solltet sie nicht über 42 Grad erhitzen. Ich schiebe sie bei 50 Grad in den Backofen (niedrigste Stufe) und lasse Tür einen Spalt offen stehen. Ein Teil meiner Familie fragt mich jedes mal aufs neue oder denkt, dass sie mir mit einem tollen Putensteak für den Grill einen riesen Gefallen tun.<br />
&#8220;Danke, aber ich esse kein Fleisch&#8221; ist wohl mein meistbenutzter Satz seit ca. 5 Jahren. </p>
<p>Genau seit 5 Jahren bin ich schon &#8220;clean&#8221; und es gab nicht einen Tag an dem es mir schwer fiel oder ich es bereut hab. Viele können einfach nicht verstehen wie man kein Fleisch mehr essen kann. Ich zum Beispiel habe Fleisch und Wurst noch nie gerne gegessen. Meine Schwester hat sich früher im Supermarkt beim Einkäufen an der Fleischtheke immer gefreut, dass sie 2 Scheiben Fleischwurst zum Probieren bekommen hat. Ihre UND meine. Das ist auch der Grund, warum mir der Umstieg überhaupt nicht schwer fiel. </p>
<p>Da für Manche Fleisch aber zum täglichen Leben einfach dazugehört, zum Beispiel beim Grillen im Sommer, ist es nicht für Jeden so einfach auf Fleisch zu verzichten wie für mich. Ich finde es reicht aber auch schon aus bewusster Fleisch zu essen und vor allem auf die Qualität zu achten. Mein Mann und ich haben schon viele Videos zur Massentierhaltung und Fleischproduktion gesehen. Mir hat es den Schubs gegeben, komplett auf Fleisch zu verzichten. Mein Mann kauft es seitdem nur noch beim Bio Metzger in unserem Dorf. Da weiß man, woher es kommt, dass es den Tieren gut ging und sie nicht aus industrieller Massentierhaltung kommen. </p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Für heute habe ich mich dazu entschlossen Dir das Thema Fettabbau näher zu bringen.<br />
Quasi das Grundwissen welches Du benötigst um Deinen Körper und seine Funktionen besser verstehen –und kennenzulernen.</p>
<p>Auf jeden Fall ist es nötig, dass Du die gewisse Portion Disziplin mitbringst, denn aller Anfang ist schwer und ein Wundermittel welches Deine Pölsterchen wegschmilzen lässt wurde leider noch nicht erfunden.</p>
<p>Ich habe Dir einmal <strong>9 Tipps</strong> zusammengefasst, wie Du am effektivsten dein Körperfettanteil reduzieren kannst:</p>
<ol>
<li>Du solltest nicht mehr Kalorien zu Dir nehmen, als Du am Tag verbrennst (Gesamtumsatz, siehe unten). Am besten schaust Du beim Einkaufen immer auf die Nährwerttabelle und vergleichst die Angaben.</li>
<li>Trinke so viel Wasser oder ungesüßte Tees wie möglich. Wenn möglich eiskalt, denn dies kurbelt den Kalorienverbrauch.</li>
<li>Versuche langsam zu essen und jeden Bissen 20-30 mal zu kauen, denn der Körper brauch bis zu 20 Min. um ein Sättigungsgefühl zu signalisieren.</li>
<li>Trinke vor jeder Mahlzeit ein Glas Wasser.</li>
<li>Vermeide weitestgehend Fertigprodukte aus dem Supermarkt und Fastfood.</li>
<li>Esse nur etwas, wenn Du wirklich hungrig bist, denn man kann schnell Durst mit Hunger verwechseln. Idealerweise sind dies 3 Hauptmahlzeiten und 2 Zwischenmahlzeiten. Falls Du dazwischen trotzdem Hunger bekommen solltest, trink einfach etwas Wasser oder ungesüßten Tee.</li>
<li>Versuche möglichst viel in em Alltag zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erledigen (Einkaufen, Weg zur Arbeit, Freunde treffen) und auf Aufzug und Rolltreppe zu verzichten, sondern lieber mal die Treppe benutzen.</li>
<li>Versuche möglichst Ballaststoffreich zu essen, denn das ist gesund und hält lange satt.</li>
<li>Ausdauersport: Joggen oder Schwimmen sind die optimalen Fettkiller. Wenn Du regelmäßig Sport treibst, wird dein Grundumsatz gesteigert.</li>

<p>Welchen Gesamtumsatz habe ich eigentlich?</p>
<p>Dein Grundumsatz besagt, wie viel Energie Dein Körper im Ruhezustand verbraucht, also wenn dein Körper in völliger Ruhe ist und nur die Organe und Körperfunktionen versorgt (Atmung, Kreislauf etc.).Gefährlich kann es für dich werden, wenn Du weniger Kalorien zu Dir nimmst, als Du durch Deinen Grundumsatz benötigst, denn das kann Deine Organe schädigen.</p>
<p>Durch Bewegung und Sport kannst Du zusätzliche Kalorien verbrauchen. Je mehr Du Dich also bewegst, umso höher ist Dein gesamter Kalorienverbrauch, also Dein Gesamtumsatz.</p>
